Shipping & Returns
The estimated shipping time is between 6-26 days. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products. Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout, for any inquiries on shipping send us a message through our Contact Us portal.
For any damaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: the products are not eligible for return: sale items.
